 Hello Support.

I configrated EasyCheckbox to individualize my Products for my Customers. Now I can't see the checked Fields in the Order Summarie. How do I check witch Options my Customer choose?

Hi Sven,

Easycheckbox normally shows selection inside cart page, inside order page, inside mail and inside backend order page.

So it's everywhere.

If you don't see those selections, can you please send me url to your page and backend access so I can check what is wrong, cause honestly I don't have no idea why it wouldn't work. Maybe it's something wrong with post, maybe with VM settings, maybe with some other plug-in.

You can send those data on my mail info@sm-planet.net and add ticket id iside subject.

Hi Sven,

Sorry for late reply. With access you sent me I cannot see anything. VM only allow vendor or superusers to see VM, so you need to set me as a superuser to be able to check vm.

But as I can see, checkboxes data are added into cart, so it should be added also into order:
Baby Welcome Set
32,00 CHF
Glöggli , MAM Silikonring (+3,00 CHF)

I'll check it when you update my access.

Maja

Hi,

From your test order I can see easycheckbox data is added to your product:

DOMAIN /administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=orders&task=edit&virtuemart_order_id=8

Check it in item line:

Nuggikette mit Wunschtext
20,00 CHF
Glöggli

Glöggli is easycheckbox.

But I can see that you have other checkboxes with product - colours. Those aren't added to product, cause they are not "Cart Input". You need to set is as cart input here:
DOMAIN /administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=custom&task=edit&virtuemart_custom_id[]=18

Hello Maja.

Thanks for your Reply. Sorry, I was a bit in a rush the last Weeks, so I couldn't read all my E-Mails.

Is there no way to get the other Fields into the Order Summary without placing them as a Chart Object?

I woud be very interestet in that. Otherways I have to rearrange the whole Shop Layout, because the Chart Objects will be placed right to the Product Photo.

Regards

Sven

Hi Sven,

Please let's talk here so everyone can see.

Well, the point is that customfields must be inside <form> section, otherwise it's <input> cannot be posted to cart. Now, there is a option with changing template - placing <form> higher so it also include other elements - missing inputs.

But there is some work with this. So maybe it's easier to just change customfield to be "cart input".

Maja
