not one time has anyone from sm planet even acknowledged the tickets!!!!
before vm 3 this (catproduct content) worked great
I`m not sure where to go next
obviously I cannot renew the product subscription as I have had it for a year and never been able to get it to work
literally the worst support I have ever encountered in the joomla community

I only have a couple months left on my subscription, and in the year I have had the product I have never been able to get it to work properly - or even have 'support' acknowledge my tickets.
