#325 – No support any longer, do not buy

This is a public ticket. Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.
I have written the following in a private ticket to the developer as I have received no response from them.

Hi, It has become very obvious that you have no interest in me or your product as you do not bother to do anything (reply to me or even look at my problem because you haven't logged on to my server). I am very disappointed you continue to sell this product which no longer works with the latest versions of Joomla and Virtuemart and refuse to answer my request for a refund.

I will begin posting negative responses everywhere I can unless you take my concerns seriously.
